Over the last 14 years, I've worked as a Technical Business Analyst, Account Manager, and Pre-Sales Engineer for various SaaS companies. My educational background combines foundational training in software development, and rigorous studies in business management and Economics. I view organisational challenges through a technical and financial lens, this gives me a unique ability to craft holistic strategies for clients. 

I’m registered with the South African Information Regulator and hold a Master's degree in IT Management, specialising in Information Governance. Additionally, I'm certified in Global Data Privacy Legislations with the University of Cape Town, allowing me to offer expert privacy policy reviews. I understand that running a business that leverages the latest tech isn't so simple.
